Chamelaucium uncinatum

Description

Attractive medium to tall shrub, with fine foliage and terminal clusters of open-petaled pink flowers appearing from winter-spring-summer. Hardy plant for hot dry areas with well-drained soils for full sun. Grows well front-line coastal also. Tolerant of moderate frost- low 20's F. Excellent cut flower. C.`Puple Pride' (large purplish-red flowers) C. 'Purple Gem', Chamelaucium 'Alba' and other cultivars are also available.
