Ornamental low growing shrub 5-8'', grey-green bipinnate leaves and yellow ball flowers in winter-spring. Prefers well drained soils, in partial shade or full sun position. Fast growing. Pruning after flowering promotes a more dense shrub. Lovely container plant. Someone once described it "as a cloud". Grows around Chinchilla in Queensland.
