Acacia victoriae

Description

An ornamental, dense, spreading shrub to small tree (9'-30')with pale yellow flowers in winter - spring. Tolerant of extended dry periods and frost. Prefers well-drained light to heavy soils in full sun or partial shade. Tolerant of saline soils. Should grow well on the coast and inland areas. Fast growing windbreak or screen. Excellent barrier plant as is a little prickly!

Propagation Information: Seed germinates readily. Pour boiling water over seed and let soak overnight. Drench seed with a fungicide to prevent "Damping Off" after sowing.
