Availability
We update our availability list regularly but due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, some items may not be available.
If you purchase an item that is not available, we will contact you to see if you wish to substitute or
your money will be returned.
Price & Size
Plants are priced according to size of the container and rarity of species.
Plants priced $48-$55 are grown in 4″×5″, 4″×6″ or one-gallon sized containers.
All plants shipped are ready to be transplanted into another pot or into the ground. Larger sized plants
(e.g. in 5-gallon containers)
may be available for purchase at the shop. Sorry, we cannot ship these larger containers.
Shipping
We don't believe in hidden costs. The price you see is the price you pay. (California residents are charged the current sales tax.)
There two exceptions.
- We have to charge for a state phytosanitary certificate for all plants shipped to Arizona
- An additional charge for shipping is added for books shipped overseas.
We ship using USPS. Plants are shipped shipped Mondays and Tuesday after your order is received
to ensure they arrive by the weekend and not left sitting in the elements for several extra days.
We cannot guarantee the day they will arrive and we do not ship to P.O. boxes.
If you prefer Fed Ex shipping please call 1-800-701-6517 and place you order via phone.
We have had very little damage to plants shipped via USPS. However, if your box arrives damaged
please do not refuse delivery. Check to see if the plants are damaged. If they are badly damaged
please call and let us know. We want happy customers.
U.S. Shipping Only: We can only deliver live plants and seeds within the United States. Books can be shipped overseas.
Because of the higher cost of shipping books overseas, an additional fee will be charged to offset this cost.

Orders can be placed anytime 7 days a week on our website. Toll-free phone orders can be placed
Monday - Friday 7.30am - 5pm PST by calling 1-800-701-6517. If we are not available please leave
a message and we will call you back. When you place an order on-line you will receive an order confirmation by email.
For larger orders, please call 1-800-701-6517 for special pricing.
Payment
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal for online orders and Visa or MasterCard, check or money order for phone orders.
